We offer a variety of adult and kids martial arts classes each week. Each class will have a martial arts conditioning component, a warm-up session lasting for between 20-45 minutes depending on the class. The warm-ups will be used to build strength, flexibility and connect our students to their body and breath. Immediately following warm-ups is a functional martial arts class that will work through techniques within our curriculum. Classes vary in length and in function. Each week we have fundamental “Basics”, Sparring Concepts, Forms, and Advanced Curriculum classes. Each class also focuses on one of the 7 key elements of our art.

We now have in-person classes three days a week. Our in-person classes take place in a well ventilated dojo with HEPA grade air filtering, masks optional and adhere to vaccination policy. Everyone has plenty of space and we sanitize the mat before and after class.
